General
The purchase of a STEP Event attendance is for use by the purchaser/registrant only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties. Similarly, the materials and content of this STEP Event is for use by the purchaser/registrant only and should not be forwarded on to third parties.
Registration
The Event registration fee includes participation in the Conference sessions, any documentation material and all coffee breaks and lunches. All bookings are considered binding on completion of the registration form.
Payment
Payment may be made by bank transfer (PREFERRED) to the account details provided on the registration form and emails, wire transfer or online by credit/debit card. Payment must be received in full, within two weeks of your booking. You will not be admitted to the event if payment has not been received.
Substitution/Cancellation
All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.
Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.
Cancellation charges may apply based on the cost of your booking (excluding any card processing fees and/or booking fees previously applied).
STEP does not permit split registrations and it is essential that each delegate is registered separately for the full event. STEP has the right to refuse entry to the event if these terms are not met.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event STEP reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
In the event of a change of date or cancellation of an event by STEP, we will endeavour to inform all delegates a week before the event is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full. STEP shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including travel and accommodation.

STEP shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of the Event due to an event of force majeure, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of these Booking Conditions an event of force majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to: adverse weather, government restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act or threat of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder; disturbance and/ riots; curtailment, suspension and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency or circumstances outside a party’s reasonable control.
